Free Shipping For All Order Over $50

At HoanBox, all products are made-to-order, which means they are unique and produced only when ordered. Therefore, returns or exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, if the product arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or refund, provided that you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. To report an issue, please use our “Contact” form and provide a clear photo showing the problem.

Refunds are issued to the payment account or credit card used for the purchase. Please note that if your selected billing currency is not in USD, the refund will be processed directly to the original payment source.

If an issue affects multiple products that share the same design, we may require an additional photo (or video) where all affected items are visible in a single frame for confirmation.

If an order can’t be delivered to the recipient, it will be returned to the return address indicated on the shipping label. By default, this will be a HoanBox return facility address.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or reprints if the wrong size or color was ordered. For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5 inches for print placement, meaning minor variations in print placement are not considered defects.
