If your product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description, we are happy to offer a free replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 15 days of delivery with the following information:
-Your order number
-Clear photos or video showing the issue
-A brief description of the problem
If multiple items are affected, a group photo or video showing all defective products in one frame may be required.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If your payment currency is not USD, the refund will be processed back to your original payment account in your local currency.
Please note:
-We do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or product type, or if you change your mind after the order has been shipped.
-Minor differences, such as print placement variations within 0.5 inches, are not considered defects.
-We’re sorry, but item exchanges are not currently supported.
