Our return policy applies to all visitors of our online store, without requiring them to log in, sign up, or provide any personal information.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description, we are happy to accept a return with free return and offer a full refund. -Your order number

-Clear photos or video showing the issue

-A brief description of the problem

If multiple items are affected, a group photo or video showing all defective products in one frame may be required.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If your payment currency is not USD, the refund will be processed in your local currency. Usually, it takes 3–20 days for buyers to receive the refund after the returned item is received and verified by Hoan Box.

Return reasons we accept:

-Defective or damaged item.

-The product has expired.

-Incorrect item received.

-Item significantly not as described.

Return reasons we do not accept:

-Change of mind.

-The product has no defects.

-Ordered the wrong size, color, or product type.

-Minor print variation within 0.5 inches (Minor differences, such as print placement variations within 0.5 inches, are not considered defects).

– Delayed delivery: Returns are not accepted due to delivery delays that are still within the expected shipping timeframe. However, if your order has not arrived after 30 days from the shipping date, please contact us and we will review the case for a possible refund or replacement.

-Items lost due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

-Order cancellations are not accepted once the order is already on its way to you.

Who pays for return shipping?

At Hoan Box, we are committed to enhancing the aftersales experience for all our customers. We will cover the full cost of return shipping.

Return shipping address:

To protect warehouse privacy and security, we do not publicly list our return address.
If your return request is approved, we will send the correct return shipping address to you via the contact channel you used (for example: email, social media message, etc.).
